book on the history
of East Fourth
Street in downtown
Cleveland. Perhaps best
known as the location
of the original Otto Moser
Restaurant, the short
street, which fell into decay
during the last part of the
20th Century, has now
blossomed into
a vibant restaurant and
entertainment
center. On August 18, 2011,
