On Thrusday,September 20th at 8:00 PM,
WCLV will present a program from the
concert series of the Cleveland International
Piano Competition featuring the Gold Medial
winner of the 2011 Moscow Tchaikovksy
Competition, Daniel Trifinov. He will perfrorm 
piano solo selections by Schubert and
Schumann  transcribed by Liszt,  and  then
joins the Competition Orchestra and Sergei
Babayan for the Mozart Piano Concerto No. 23,, K.488.

The concert was recorded at the Breen Center for the Performance Arts on June 1, 2012. On the first part of the program, pianist  Kyu Yeon Kim perfroms for solo piano, the Suite for
Harpsichord by Jean Philippe Rameau. Then with the Competition Orchestra conducted
by Sergei Babayan, she plays the Piano Concerto No. 9,K. 27 "Jeunehomme."
