On Monday, August 11, 2008, on WCLV’s First Program, Jacqueline Gerber drew the winner of the RingFest '08 Wagner Trivia Contest. All of those who correctly answered a question during WCLV’s broadcast of the Ring Cycle were eligible, in addition winning the Telarc CD of Lorin Maazel’s arrangement of the Ring music The Ring without Words and a magic Valkyrie helmet (no magic guaranteed). The winner of a gold ring with "WCLV RingFest 08" engraved inside from Ricky C. Tanno Jewelers was Mike Ryan of Parma.
